To connect to my account
In order to connect to your Teatricus Account you must enter the email address and password that you chose when you registered.
Problems:
  • If you have entered the correct email address but you still cannot connect, it is possible that one of the following problems exists:
    • You have not confirmed your email address by clicking on the confirmation icon in your message box.
    • You have requested to reset your password and you have not confirmed your new password by clicking on the confirmation link in your message box.

To connect to my Company or Venue Account
Once you have created an account for your company or venue, you can connect directly with this account. In order to do this you need to click on the icon help_switch.gif which is located to the left of your Teatricus identification and use the option "Use as".
Problems:
  • Certain functions of the site cannot be used if you are a Professional member.
    • Example #1: the software for tour planning must used through the Company Section.
    • Example#2: the programming of a cultural calendar must be used through the Venue section.
If you have lost or forgotten your password it is very simple to reset it. Simply click on the icon help_forgot.png under the connections menu. An email message providing details on how to reset your password will be sent to the email account that you registered with.
Please contact Technical Support in the Contact Us section, if the email address you registered with no longer works.
There are two options available to you to change your profile. You can click directly on the link help_myprofile.png found at the top of the page OR you can access your profile by clicking on the help_seedetails.png icon found in the member’s directory.
Once you are in your profile page, you select the section you wish to modify by using the editing pencil help_pencil.png and change the details and save.
Publishing a status
Sharing a status on Teatricus and informing the community about the projects that you are currently working on. Publish this information on the Current page OR on your Professional page. Your status can display up to 50 characters.
In order to validate a status, just click on the Submit icon help_check.png.
Professional Information
In the professional section, located under the portfolio, post the information pertinent to your discipline and area of work, your expertise and your past employment . Make information about your level of studies along with your CV available to other users by clicking the help_browse.png.
Problems:
  • Certain criteria can prevent putting your CV on line.
    • The CV must be a maximum size of 8 Mo and be in a txt. doc. docx. or pdf format.
Adding photos on Teatricus is very simple. Simply click on help_browse.pngto upload the images. Once the image is uploaded you can resize it. If you wish to remove a personalized image, simply click on "Use default image" help-member-picture_portfolio4-klickenin the same section. To remove a photo from your portfolio, simply click on the delete icon and then click submit.
Problems:
  • Certain limitations may occur when trying to publish your photos.
    • The portfolio allows the addition of a maximum of 10 images.
    • All images must be no more than 8 Mo size and be saved in jpg. gif or png. format
Teatricus offers you the possibility of adding announcements as a Professional, Company or Venue member.
In order to add an event to the Cultural Calendar : Current > add an event or My Events, if you have already published events previously.
In order to add an offer go to Tools : Tools > Add an offer or My Offers, if you have already published an offer before.
Problems:
  • You can also vary the offers you have published on your Company or Venue page if you are not connected to these accounts.
    • Chose the option "Use as".help_switch.gif in order to manage the offers or events you have created with a Company or Venue page before.
